Action Failed Because Unknown Server Error

Hello, 
I'm trying to schedule two sessions of two different experiments to begin Monday Oct 18th. That experiment is marked as being "scheduled" but when I view the page, there is no scheduled session     .

In addition to this error, when I attempt to schedule the session for the other experiment, I complete the entire scheduling set up, but when I click the schedule button at the end I receive the error message "Action Failed Because Unknown Server Error"      .

What can I do to fix this?
