Unable to download experiment data

I ran a study in winter 2020-21, and I am now trying to download the data again. I go to the Sessions page, select 'Finished,' and then choose 'Download data' but I keep getting an error "Unexpected error occurred. Please try again."
Is there any other way I can access these data?

Hi! please send us an email to [email protected] with the ID of that session. The data should be safe. We've upgraded the data storage format a few times since then so some sessions may have glitches in automatically processing the download.
