One randomized word while the rest of the sentence remains unchanged

Hi, 

Is it possible to nest a list value inside regular text, such that the text would remain the same, except for one word which would rotate through the list objects?
eg: 
"Have you seen the word CAT before?"
"Have you seen the word DOG before?"
