A bigger issue is that Prolific policy clearly states that we must give participants all needed login info/ access codes and that they are absolutely not allowed to enter any personal information. Whenever FF is opened, it makes participants sign up / login, and we are having a hard time trying to make that part of FF work with the Prolific policy. Any help is appreciated, thanks!

Hi!

That was true back in 2021, but we have since launched a Prolific integration. It makes it so that participants do not have to sign up with us or input any personal information, and their completion code is automatically sent to Prolific for them after completing the FindingFive portion of the study.

All you need to do is choose a Prolific session when you go to launch a recruitment session of your study. You will then be guided through the process of setting up your FindingFive session alongside your Prolific recruitment task/session. Let me know if you need any screenshots or further guidance.

We hope to have some self-help content demonstrating how to do this in the near future. Such content unfortunately lags behind our actual feature development!

Thanks for using FindingFive!

Hello! We orignally connected the Prolific to Qaultrics which enabled us to see the ID that prolfifc automaticaly genrated. But when particpants went from qaultcs to Prolifc, thats where the login issue popped up. So if I understand if we connect FF to Prolific first, that solves the login issue. But how do we get the ID on FF? Becuase we still need them to fill out the qaultrics survey and the PID is what we would use the match them up. So my main issue is tracking the particpants across 3 different platforms?

What also confuses me is that Prolific seems to beleive there is no integration? They said that Finding Five is not listed among current survey integrations. All help and screenshots would be appreciated! And in a perfect world the study could go:   recruited on prolific, that leads them to Qualtrics where they get assigned a PID. Then they are directed to FF to put in an access code and do not have to give out any personal info/login. They input thier PID they got from qaultrics into the Finding Five portion at the start.

If that is not possible I would love to know. Thank you again for your quick response and help!
