Termination of the experiment due to 'irrelevances'

Dear colleagues,

an error occurred when one of the participants in my colleague's experiment was taking part in the study. We were able to make a screenshot of this error, please see it attached. This error occurred twice (with two participants). 

Do you know why this error may have occurred? Maybe we can do something to avoid such errors in the future?
