Internet speed/bandwidth limiting

Hi FindingFive devs - an idea for a future feature may be to introduce an internet speed check/limit, such that participants with a download (or upload) speed lower than a certain value cannot take part in a specific study. This would be a value that researchers could set, and the bandwidth of a participant would be checked before they begin the study, and could screen them out. I don't know if this is hard to implement, but for myself I know I would find it useful. Just a potential idea.
