Error question - jane_lutken - 09-10-2025
Good morning! I've been running a study for a couple of days and it's been going totally fine, but this morning we started getting the following message:
"Oops, there is an error: Failed to establish a session for this Guest participant. Please close this page and try again. If this error persists it's likely because researcher did not set up this study correctly. Please contact the researcher through the platform where you accepted this task"
We tried multiple times from multiple laptops and browsers. The study is set up to run for a few more days and get several more participants. Any advice appreciated!

Hi Jane! Yes we had a minor server glitch until about 10am yesterday. It should be fixed now. Sorry about that! Let us know if you still encounter any issues.
