study launched, but unavailable to participants - aczyp - 10-07-2024
Hi,
I recently launched a study and set it up to recruit participants via prolific.
My dashboard tells me that the study is running and waiting to collect data. But the participant link leads to a page saying that the study is currently not available to participants.
I am wondering how to fix this, any advice would be appreciated - thanks in advance.

Thanks for bringing this to our attention! This occurred due to a configuration issue with our EU servers that has since been resolved (thanks for letting us know!).
