Preview mode broken - sten_knutsen - 04-05-2024 Two of us had the same problem: we were able to use Preview mode once or twice, but then after that the preview window would appear with the "broken image" sign and a message "Sorry, but we encountered an unexpected error upon processing your request." I logged out of Finding Five and logged back in, but now I can't get anything to preview. This worked fine this morning (and I used it quite a bit).
