Audio files batch uploading - Sousou - 12-30-2020

Hello,
My experiment uses audio stimuli. I want to know if there is a way to upload the stimuli at once and not have to do it one by one. I added the stimuli definitions via CSV batch uploading. However, I still have to upload the audio files manually one by one, which is tedious. The CSV included the the name of the files and the content as "filename.mp3" but when uploaded, the files are all red and ask that I upload the files. If this shouldn't be the case, I wonder why I am having this issue.
Thanks,
Sousou

Hello, you can upload the files from the Resource Files page. You can do a batch upload by uploading a zip folder containing audio files. Does this solve your issue?

Hello, I have run into a similar problem and did a search on the research forum and found this old post. The problem I have is that after the audio files are batch uploaded via a zip file, and the stimulus definitions are uploaded using a CSV file, the stimulus definitions still remain red and not associated with the audio files unless I individually open up the definition to upload the file. I have tried uploading the definitions first, then the audio stimuli, and vice versa. Do I need to refresh something? What am I doing wrong. Thank you very much.

Hi again, I think I figured out what was wrong. Unless the file extension (.wav for example) is specified in the stimulus definition, it will not find the appropriate audio file (but even without the extension in the definition, it will properly upload individual audio files). Interestingly, in the files folder, if the audio files are batch upload from a zip folder, the extensions are shown in the file names but not if individual files are uploaded from the stimulus definition popup window.
