Experiment Won't Show Images - NateHHeller - 08-05-2023
An experiment that was working 5 months ago (when last I tried to run it) is now freezing at the first block of trials. The instruction page is presented correctly, but when it moves on to the section when stimulus images are to be presented, nothing happens.
This study was working perfectly fine 5 months ago. Any ideas what might have changed?

Hi - is this in preview mode or a production session? If a production session, please make sure that you preview the entire study again (that is, make sure you reach the page where it's possible to download preview data) to update to the latest study grammar. There should be a warning message about the study grammar having been updated when you launch the session.
If the problem occurs again please let us know.

Sorry, I should have clarified. This was in preview mode. I have not tried to run a session yet.

Ah gotcha! In that case, can you add [email protected] as a collaborator? We'll take a look. We are not experiencing any site-wide issues with images though, so it might be some cryptic bug that happens to affect your study, which we'd like to squeeze!

Hi Nate! This is indeed a bug, specific to tokenized images. We'll fix it soon. Thanks for letting us know!
Is there a specific date that you are looking to launch a production session again? We're currently in the process of releasing our summer study grammar update, and we'll incorporate this fix. Would Monday next week (08/14) be too late?
