I am trying to run a lexical decision task.  Is it possible to present the prime stimulus followed by the target word without requiring the continue button between? I tried setting the trial duration (removed the continue button) however, the trial then timed out without requiring an answer to the lexical decision.

Hi megd95,

Yes, this is possible. Are you putting the prime stimulus and target word within the same trial template? Have you checked out our tutorial on randomizing yoked pairs of trials? That way you can define separate trial templates for the prime stimuli and target words.

Best,
Rachel

Hi Rachel,

Thanks for your help! I checked out the tutorial on randomizing yoked pairs of trials and now have separate trial templates for the prime stimuli and target words.
