Participants and Researchers may encounter sign up difficulties on May 25, 2022. The issue has been fixed as of 11:30AM US Eastern Time on May 25, 2022. Problematic accounts created during the issue should now work normally. New signups going forward will work normally.

I'm currently running a study and collecting participants through prolific. It appears some participants are currently experiencing issues creating an account.
